Bespoke & Custom Creations: Custom-designed jewelry involves a collaborative consultation process. Once a bespoke design concept is finalized and approved by you, the order cannot be canceled, altered, or refunded due to the highly individualized nature of the piece.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier.
